Adi Ben-Artzy joined Google almost a decade ago, recently moved to the newly created role of site program manager- an internal COO function- in Google Warsaw. Prior to that, she focused on bringing strategy and excellence into recruitment and was leading Google’s hiring efforts in Israel and the Nordics, as well as for a couple of other global companies earlier on. Adi holds a Master’s degree in Labor Studies from the Tel Aviv University.
Tomasz Domogała is an entrepreneur, and owner of an investment firm TDJ operating in five business areas – Equity, Venture, Estate, Finance and Foundation. Currently, Equity is the largest investment area. This includes companies from the mining, energy, founding and offshore sectors which are listed on the Polish Stock Exchange. Venture embraces investments in innovative technological start-ups, while Estate includes residential and commercial properties. His favourite area is TDJ Foundation, which supports the education and personal development of children and teenagers.
Wojciech Fedorowicz is the managing partner of TDJ Pitango Ventures where he focuses on Medtech, AI and SaaS companies. He graduated from the MBA program at Stanford University in the US, where he headed the High Tech Club, an organization strongly associated with the environment of technology companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining TDJ Pitango Ventures, he has lead small and large organizations, focusing on scaling and international expansion. He combines a strong technology understanding with thorough business and investments experience.

Julia Krysztofiak-Szopa, President of the Startup Poland Foundation. She has been working in the startup industry for almost a decade. She gained most of her experience in Silicon Valley and in Switzerland. She was the first program director of the California Blackbox.vc startup accelerator. She is also an entrepreneur and co-owner of the global brand of Wellfitting underwear produced in Poland. Since September 2016, she has been the president of the Startup Poland Foundation, building awareness among decision makers, politicians and local government officials of the great potential of startups from Poland.
An expert in the field of R&D for science, defence industry and government agencies. In addition to his academic career at universities in Poland and abroad, he was also a member of management boards of both private and state-owned companies. Professor Nawrat actively participated in business activities, dealing with research commercialisation and supporting the development of start-ups. He focused mainly on the development of new technologies for state defence and security as well as for the civil sector. He was many times the head of EU-funded strategic projects undertaken for private and state-owned companies.
Professor Nawrat is the author or co-author of several patent applications, industrial designs, more than 170 science works and publications as well as a reviewer in a number of renowned foreign journals. He has received many state distinctions and won numerous national and international awards.
Adam Niewiński began his career in 1997 at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked as a consultant specializing in the services sector. The founder of Expander, one of the first Polish FinTechs, in 2015, he became the vice-president of the Management Board of Bank Pekao SA, where he was responsible for private banking. He was also chairman of the supervisory boards of Xelion Investment House and Private Equity Managers, vice-chairman of the supervisory board of the Central Brokerage House of Bank Pekao SA. He is also a member of the board of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts at the Zachęta Gallery – National Art Gallery.
Jacek Ratajczak is the founder of the PLUGin Foundation and the Polish Tech Day conference promoting Polish technologies in London, as well as co-founder of the Business Development Director at Devops.ly. He cooperates with the techseed.me programme, where he is responsible for gaining international startups for acceleration in Poland as part of the Poland Prize programme.
